By accessing or using GlobalCalqulate (the "Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you are accessing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Your continued use constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and of our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Editorial Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Disclaimer regarding liability or the nature of the Service, the provision most protective of GlobalCalqulate applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We grant you a temporary, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license terminates automatically if you violate these Terms.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GlobalCalqulate and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your reliance on calculator outputs for critical decisions
• Your infringement of third-party rights
• Any content you submit or transmit

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Informal resolution first. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at legal@globalcalqulate.com and allow at least sixty (60) days for us to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith. Most concerns can be resolved this way.

Subject to the above, any disputes, claims, or controversies that are not resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

Limitation period. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim arose; otherwise it is permanently barred.

For EU/UK and other consumers: nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer-protection right, forum, or limitation period that applies to you under the law of your country of residence and cannot lawfully be waived.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

16. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the "Effective Date" at the bottom of this page. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect
• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GlobalCalqulate
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; we may assign our rights
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control
• No Third-Party Beneficiaries: These Terms are for the benefit of you and GlobalCalqulate only and create no rights enforceable by any other person
• Survival: Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute-resolution terms — continue in effect after your use ends
